Global Jewish Future is a private organization on a mission to:
1) Maximize Jewish empowerment at the individual, communal, national, and global levels
2) Create connection, points of intersection, and community among the collective Jewish People, and between the Jewish People and our non-Jewish family and friends
3) Diminish the effects of antisemitism by enhancing Judaism and the Jewish People’s image
We are completely independent and do not have any backers or partners that push us toward specific agendas, biases, political viewpoints, religious preferences, or otherwise!
Our goal is to deliver the most comprehensive and diverse Jewish and Israel experience, through premium products that scale worldwide.
NEGEV is our first product and public-facing brand. It’s a smartphone and tablet app (Apple and Android) that offers an incredibly diverse experience of Judaism and Israel, all in one place, so you can easily immerse yourself in the Jewish world, according to your passions and interests.
From religion and spirituality, to culture and lifestyle, philosophy and history, Hebrew and Yiddish, Israel, and more, NEGEV is the most comprehensive Jewish experience on the planet!
NEGEV is the largest globally available library of Jewish and Israel content, featuring more than 7,000 of the best videos, articles, and podcasts — with tons of fresh content added daily!
NEGEV is an all-access platform — available on-demand, worldwide, and as much as you want.
Global Jewish Future Inc. is a private company, legally established in the USA, with a subsidiary in Israel. This entity is financially responsible for all non-human expenses, such as technology infrastructure, distribution, affiliates, advertising and marketing, branding, and providing our workforce with
performance-based bonuses and stock options.
We also have a nonprofit arm, which is a separate legal entity. This arm is financially responsible for all human-related expenses, such as payroll, contractors, agencies, etc.
The two organizations have completely separate bank accounts, boards of directors, etc.
On the investment side (our private company), we periodically launch fundraising rounds and open them up to accredited investors (depending on country of citizenship) on a first come, first serve basis.
To be updated about our next investment round, please fill out this form!
For tax-deductible contributions, we fundraise on an ongoing basis, as we continue to build out our team of what we call the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” professionals across the world.
Interested in donating? Please click here or contact us if you’d like to make a significant donation of $1,000+ USD.
The short answer is: Yes, you can invest and donate!
Investment requires people in certain countries to be an “accredited investor,” which we check for if/when you show interest in one of our investment rounds.
There are no thresholds or barriers for tax-deductible donations.
The upsides of investing are a positive and impressive return on your investment. We’re aiming for at least a 7.5x return in a few years’ period.
The downsides of investing are that investments are risky. There’s no guarantee you’ll make your money back, even when investing in well-known companies and well-established industries.
The risks are much greater when it comes to investing in startups, which are high-risk, high-reward all the way through: for founders, employees, their family members, and for investors large and small.
We are a startup on an extremely ambitious mission, and success is far from guaranteed. You should not invest any funds unless you can afford to lose your entire investment.
If, however, you share our belief that Global Jewish Future can grow its financial impact with its mission impact, and you want to be a part of what we are building, then it might be worth a shot!
Absolutely, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send you:
1) Our entire business plan
2) Our 5-year financial outlook
3) Our 5-year budget
Most Jewish organizations heavily focus on what we can call “a Jewish audience.” Of course, a Jewish empowerment brand is, first and foremost, for Jews.
But, if we only go after Jewish audiences, we miss out on the crucial opportunity to enhance Judaism and the Jewish People’s image in the greater world.
This is why our strategy is designed to attract, engage, excite, and empower both Jews and our non-Jewish family and friends.
Our research suggests that, between Jewish and non-Jewish audiences interested in Judaism and Israel, there are more than 143 million people across the world who are in our total addressable market.
Most Jewish organizations are “channels” — a medium for specific information, services, experiences, etc. This results in limited offerings, viewpoints, etc.
In the Jewish world, “channels” are individual Jewish organizations, Jewish media outlets, thought leaders, influencers, etc.
We are a platform, which allows us to (1) feature and promote virtually unlimited “channels,” and (2) accommodate dozens of offerings, viewpoints, etc.
Additionally, we take a global approach, whereas most Jewish organizations are locally, regionally, or nationally focused.
We are an Israeli startup, founded in 2023 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, without any specific political or religious affiliations or commitments.
Global Jewish Future was founded by Joshua Hoffman, who was born and raised in Los Angeles, and moved to Israel in 2013.
He is also the founder of IZZY – Stream Israel, as well as the author of three books: “Reimagining Israel,” “The Future of Jewish,” and “Journeys of the Jewish Spirit.”
